TOWN OF LITTLE FALLS
PUBLIC HEARING
PETITION FOR VARIANCE

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Little Falls Board will examine at a public meeting the application of Brock Craig for a petition for variance of 4507 State Hwy 27, Sparta, WI, to expand his business by adding on to an existing structure when said addition is contrary to sec. 47-769(b) of the Monroe County Zoning Code. The meeting will take place on Wednesday February 12, 2025 at 6 p.m. at the Town of Little Falls Town Hall, located at 4124 County Hwy I, Sparta.  Any person may appear to give testimony for or against this matter.
