TOWN OF LITTLE FALLS

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Little Falls Board will examine at a public meeting the application of Paul and Jennifer Nielsen for a conditional use permit for a small business for metal fabrication and plasma art, located at 4643 Canary Ave, Sparta, WI. The adjoining land use is woodlands, agriculture and residential. The meeting will take place on Wednesday July 8, 2026 at 6 p.m at the Town of Little Falls Town Hall, located at 4124 County Hwy I, Sparta.  Any person may appear to give testimony for or against this matter.
