TOWN OF LITTLE FALLS

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Little Falls Board will examine at a public meeting the application of Calvin Arendt for a conditional use permit for a small business for storage of packaged/palletized cases of “Wet Beaver Brewing Co” Beer awaiting sale to a distributor, located at 6761 Dayton Ave, Sparta, WI. The adjoining land use is woodlands and residential. The meeting will take place on Wednesday January 14, 2026 at 6 p.m at the Town of Little Falls Town Hall, located at 4124 County Hwy I, Sparta.  Any person may appear to give testimony for or against this matter.
