Dog Registration Information:

You will need PROOF OF RABIES VACCINATION to purchase a dog license.

You may register you dog in any of the following ways:

OPTION 1:  With the municipal treasurer prior to the last day of February.  You may mail form to 4619 County Hwy S Sparta WI 54656.  Make check payable to Town of Little Falls

OPTION 2:  Complete form and take or mail to Monroe County Dog Control Office prior to 3/31 at 14345 Co Hwy B Suite 5 Sparta WI 54656 (contact them for hours,  608-269-8736)Make checks payable to Monroe Co Dog Control

OPTION 3: ONLINE prior to 3/31 at http://www.doglicenses.us/WI/MONROE/

OPTION 4:  Complete form and take to the Monroe County Animal Shelter prior to 3/31 at 3100 E Wisconsin St. Sparta (contact them for hours, 608-269-8775) make checks payable to MOnroe County Animal Shelter.

OPTION 5:  At select Monroe County Vet Clinics prior to 3/31.  Check with your vet.
