Notice i hereby given by the Town of Little Falls, Monroe County, Wisconsin, that it will receive bids for construction of old town hall located at 5817 Cascade Rd I in the Town of Little Falls.  Specs for this project are available by contacting the town hall at 608-272-3175.

Bids must be submitted by 7:00 p.m on Thursday, August 31, 2023.  Bids will be opened and reviewed at the monthly town board meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.  Bids should be sent to 4124 County Hwy I, Sparta, WI.  Please ensure that bid envelopes are marked with “Sealed Bid-Old Town Hall” on the outside.  The Town of LIttle Falls reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the town.
