Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. stats. The Town of Little Falls assessment roll for the year 2023 will be open for examination on the 14th day of September, 2023, at the Little Falls Town Hall located at 4124 County Hwy I, from 10:00a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection, and board of review procedures under Wisconsin law will be available at that time.
To meet with an assessor at the open book you MUST CALL Gardiner Appraisal before 9/12/23, so they have all the needed materials available for your property.
